The annual meeting of members was scheduled to take place on May 18, 2010. 11 members showed up in person plus 19 proxy were received prior to the meeting making a total of 30 voters. Since the required quorum was 48, the meeting was adjourned and is rescheduled to June 15, 2010 at Javan Restaurant in Santa Monica, California.

Members that cannot attend the meeting, please send proxy to the address shown at the bottom of the proxy form. Members that had sent proxy for May 18 meeting do not need to resend another proxy, because their proxy is valid until June 30, 2010.

Please do not wait for another reminder. Send your proxy as soon as you receive this notice. The proxy is posted on the website: www.fannireunion.org and for your convenience it is also attached to this notice.
